Food Allergens & Intolerance - what you need to know
As every FoodCycle projects serves freshly prepared food using surplus from a range of suppliers, we need to ensure that both guests and volunteers are able to easily identify and recongise any potential allergens or intolerances that they may be affected by and may be in the food we serve.
At every cook, a Food Allergens & Intolerance poster and a Food Allergens & Intolerance Display Card need to be on display. Laminated copies are available in your Kitchen Handbook.
