FoodCycle Chester-le-Street - Food Pickup Drivers Team
Calling all Drivers!
Please sign up here to help pick up food from our different suppliers around Chester-le-Street.
Please note all volunteer drivers will need to complete our drivers form at https://volunteer.foodcycle.org.uk/Volunteer-Drivers before the session.
If other volunteers are picking up we will all meet inside the REfUSE cafe at 4:15 to discuss pick-up plan, no later as the café will already be closed and the staff will leave as soon as they’ve cleared up. Park round the back and just go in through the customer entrance. Otherwise the staff will be expecting you and should give a lot of surplus food, plus our usual supply crates which will be where we left them last week in the warehouse.
If you're then available to help with the cooking session that's fantastic but please be aware you can do either as well as both. If you are planning to help during the session please sign up to the cooking slot as well.
